the one with the inner struggle |

[edit] this dramatic "inner struggle" part has been deleted on the account that i know now what to do. fa, you're a genius. [/edit]
physics and calculus exam pa next week. pakshet. plus, marketing for the rest of the month. double pakshet.
yesterday was one of my busiest days. film viewing in the morning, marketing, marketing, chem exam in the afternoon, meeting early evening, more marketing. grabe. the intro and the finale of my day wasn't great, either. those are what made yesterday hell, i'm sorry to say.
on the plus side, zobel is finally gonna have their campus tour here in UP! it sucks though that they won't really stay that long (or not at all, but i'm hoping they at least go down the bus and enter at least one building), but yay! i hope i have no class when they come here. i wanna be there when they see UP to tell them, "it's not as bad as it looks!" lol.
-- BA *toink* moments --
er: margaux, alam mo ba kung ano ang "biik"? margaux: yuuuuuh! chick! toinkness talaga.
leslie: what happened to your car?! aissa: sumabit kasi yung tire sa "burnal"! leslie: bakit naman sasabit car mo dun? aissa: eh ang dami naman kasi sa road, noh. ayan, o! *starts pointing* may burnal diyan, may burnal diyan, may burnal dun! she was talking about potholes, or "lubak". where she got "burnal", i have no idea.
lunch time leslie: how much is this? pia: i dunno. but you have to get styro pa coz i don't have enough plates at home. leslie: what?! i can't afford it! i'll go over 60! pia: but i thought your "UP life" was just P50? leslie: we raised it to 60 coz it's sooo impossible! i can't live on P50! i'm so kawawa na... i can't even afford styro anymore! ching: for how long is this UP life thing? pia: forever? leslie and ching: noooooooooo! ever since they realized they're running out of money due to extreme gimmicks, they decided to lead a so-called "UP life". no splurging, no expensive whatever, and use only what you need. and they're dying.
that's BA. mas nakakaculture shock pa sa BA than with the whole of UP. i wasn't bothered by the so-called "jologs", the probinsyanos, the weirdos, the activists, the radicals, the extreme nerds. of course, i wasn't bothered by the average people. but the level of "conyosity" (ayaw mag display ng "enye") and absolute "spoiled-rich-kid" way of life of a lot (not all, though. like me!) of people in BA is just plain SHOCKING. as in. that's my culture shock. but it sure is hilarious.
*penguin*/*pumepenguin* - BA term used to refer to the body language pag "kinikilig"
bea. i'm still *penguin* about it. lol.

HAHAHAHAHA. *Inner struggle* ang wala. More like pain-in-the-ass-and-neck-please-go-away thing more than anything else. I am SO glad hindi ako nakatira sa BH niyo. Lol.
