the one with my birthday |

my 18th birthday celebration is over :(
on october 15 (saturday), my bellevue dinner suddenly turned to a wacky and casual debut, thanks to the oinksisters (mae and arlene), ali, and dana. after so so so many parties and surprises i have planned, i finally have a surprise of my very own. yehey!
it was a miracle that the secret didn't leak in one way or the other. then again, we don't see each other naman so there really isn't a chance for leakage, huh? no wonder mae and arlene kept calling me over and over during the past week...of course they didn't want to talk to me. they wanted to talk to my mom, but unfrotunately for them, i'm almost always the only one in the house. darn sembreak. lol.
having just the dinner would have been fun already for me. it was great seeing sr.c again. they weren't complete, but almost all of them were there. and then there's my lsyc bunch, dominated by the juniors (or ex-soph.c). kirk was a riot, as always, and his never-ending "rock on, seniors" impersonation was just... basta. hehe. then my batchmates, who i rarely saw outside debuts and parties. it was a wonderful zobel reunion.
i can't believe i didn't see the surprise coming!!! (i said this, too, during senior year when mae -as usual - pulled another surprise for my 17th birthday). but anyway, it was great. i wasn't able to maximize the buffet, though. but it was funny seeing everyone go back and forth to the buffet table and eat their hearts out. i particularly saw jackie and rap with platefuls of food a few more times than others. lol.
it was a bummer that not everyone was able to come. some of the people i expected didn't show up (i choose not to name names hehe). but anyway, i had a blast. now on to the more fun part...
after the party and some picture-taking, and after hanging out with the juniors and waiting for ages for them to leave (lol joke lang :D), migo, mae, stick, stella, and i headed up to the a room i had for our barkada to supposedly have an overnight. but then, hindi natuloy si karyl, stick, and mae. bummer. at least we had the chance to do a sort-of photoshoot (sorry karyl, you left early). check out my multiply to see them! please do. i'm very very proud of our pics. lol.
migo, stella, and i stayed up until 3:30 chatting and gossiping, our favorite activities. i did more talking than listening, which is unfair on my part. but oh well. it was fun. migo fell asleep, moaned in his sleep and smacked the pillows twice, before stella and i finally fell asleep.
at around 10am, i had the weirdest wake up call, i fell from the king-sized bed and, as stella said, "disappeared in a cloud of hair". i finally got home at around 3, and finally opened my gifts. thanks, everyone!
i don't really know how to describe my debut. it was great, as i've said over and over. basta. it wasn't the grandest, it definitely was simple, but the people who came made it all priceless. awww. hehehe.

sayang may gift pa naman ako tas may isusuot pa naman ako. kaso nga lang nahiya akong magattend ng late, un pala marami ring late!
